Refund Policy

We want to ensure that our students get genuine, practical value out of the Student Money Playbook. We offer a conditional 14-day refund policy under the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility Conditions

To prevent abuse of our downloadable resources, prompts, and templates, refunds are granted only if you satisfy the following conditions within 14 days of your purchase:

  • Your course completion rate is less than 30% (as recorded by our automatic progress tracker).
  • You have not downloaded more than 3 templates/checklists from the lesson resources.
  • You submit a request detailing your practice efforts and why the methods do not suit your learning path.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email your request to support@paisakmao.com with:

  • Your Student ID (e.g., PM-2026-XXXXXX)
  • Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID
  • Brief summary of the issue

3. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay and generally reflect in your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5-7 business days.

4. Access Revocation

Upon refund approval, your enrollment will be marked as refunded and your dashboard access to all modules, videos, and private resources will be immediately suspended.
